Use this interactive page to submit information about your proctor if you are having your exams proctored by one of the UW Colleges IT Support Personnel. If the name of your course does not appear in the course listing dropdown box, your course exams are not proctored and you do not need to submit any proctor information.
You cannot submit proctor information until you know which section you are in, therefore you cannot submit proctor information until the term begins.

Fall 2008 is NOT OPEN
Begins: 8/26/2008 Ends: 12/23/2008
Note: If the name of
the person who will be proctoring your exams does not appear in the dropdown
listing, you will need to have your proctor complete
a proctor form; the information from the completed proctor form is
submitted using the other interactive submission page.
