Online Academic Advising

Financial Account Statement

View and print your account summary in PRISM. Go to http://www.uwc.edu/prism/studenthelp/index.htm for the PRISM Student Help tutorial.

If you are a non-online degree seeking student, with questions about your financial account, email DEcoordinator@uwc.edu.

If you are a UW Colleges Online degree seeking student with questions about your financial account, email SFAadvisor@uwc.edu.

Waiting Lists

Contact the DE coordinator at DEcoordinator@uwc.edu when you want to put your name on a course waiting list. Include in your email your name, the class, and your social security number or date of birth.

Student ID Cards

To obtain a student ID card, follow these steps:

  1. Acquire a self photo in digital format, and it must be in JPEG (.jpg) format.

  2. Send your image as an e-mail attachment along with your full name, mailing address and social security number to DEcoordinator@uwc.edu.

  3. Allow at least three weeks for processing of your ID.

  4. This is a one time only process. Your ID will be good as long as you are enrolled in UWC Online.
